Alo Yoga taps Blackpink's Jisoo for new campaign

U.S. activewear brand Alo Yoga has tapped Blackpink's Jisoo to front its latest campaign for spring 2024.

Launched on Wednesday, the K-pop star features in Alo Yoga's newest campaign, wearing a range of items, such as the Airlift Energy Shorts, Aspire Tank, Accolade Sweatpants and Accolade Crew Neck Pullover, in the brand’s new spring colorways for 2024.

A celebrity and style icon in her own right, Jisoo forms one part of the four-member Korean girl group Blackpink, alongside Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa.

In addition to Alo Yoga, Jisoo is a brand ambassador for French fashion house Dior and high-end jewellery brand Cartier, as well as being the face for Dyson, starring in a campaign with a special-edition Dyson Airwrap.

“This partnership with Alo felt like the perfect match because my health and wellness have always been a priority for me. I love to move whenever I have the time, especially with Yoga and Pilates” said Jisoo, in a press release.

Since its inception in 2007, Alo Yoga has garnered global attention for its design and franchised fabrics across its range of activewear.

In 2020, the California-based activewear brand expanded beyond apparel into skincare with the debut of 'The Alo Glow System'.
