Vogue World livestream to return as LFW kicks off next month

Vogue is to host the second annual livestream of the Vogue World show. Marking the start of London Fashion Week, It will take place on Thursday, September 14, at London’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Beginning at 7:45pm BST, it can be accessed at www.vogue.world by viewers globally.
The theatrical production will be inspired by an opening night in the West End with a red carpet followed by performances across the worlds of opera, theatre, film, contemporary dance, classical and popular music.
Talent set to join the show include Kate Moss, Sophie Okonedo, Cara Delevingne, Sienna Miller, Stormzy, Sir Ian McKellen and opera singer Hongni Wu, as well as Adwoa Aboah, Vittoria Ceretti, Paloma Elsesser and Ashley Graham.
All the net ticket proceeds will benefit performing arts organisations in the UK, such as the National Theatre, Southbank Sinfonia, Royal Opera House including the Royal Ballet, and the dance company Rambert.
The event will be livestreamed on Vogue’s global websites, Vogue.World, YouTube, and Vogue’s Twitter page when red carpet arrivals begin, followed by the main performance.
“The brightest lights” in the British theatre scene are helping to orchestrate Vogue World: London, headed by film, theatre and TV director and producer Stephen Daldry as well as director Emily Burns and producer Fran Miller, both of the National Theatre, coordinating the staging of the event.
